When you can't beat 'em, join 'em!.....
Our weather has been so cruddy lately we all have cabin fever. The other day I spent an hour preparing our basement with all the essentials because the terrible storm that went through Joplin was heading our way. Thankfully the tornadoes missed us! Yesterday we had some more rain without thunder and lightning. Jack made a request and so we played in the rain. Ty really wasn't a big fan. Jack had a blast though! He even made a "leaf boat" and was floating it down the "river". The "river" being the drainage ditch in the front of our house. Hahaha! Needless to say we followed up our outdoor rainy fun with a nice warm bath!
